I just wanted to send you quick note to say thank you for a great month and that I appreciate the work the two of put in to each class. I have to admit when Nora first told me about your program I was bit skeptical and figured I was doing fine working out at the gym on my own. After a few more stories about how she couldn’t move after the workout and how sore she was I started to get curious and thought what the heck I would give it try for month and then go back to doing what I was doing. Well you can consider me a bootcamp convert. I have really enjoyed myself and can really see the difference in the results both physically and mentally. When I would get home after class I really felt like I accomplished something, soreness and all. In a million years if you told me I would run a mile without walking I would have told you were crazy, but by the end of the month I got there. Thank you for that. I also wanted to let you know, being the goal oriented person I am and to help keep me focused, I registered for my first 5k. I’m looking forward to as it should be a fun experience. I also want to be able to show my girls what you can accomplish as long as just don’t quit.

Dear Dave and Lisa,
After spending hours in the gym and not seeing the results I was hoping for I decided to investigate alternatives. I found your bootcamp on the web. At first I thought this cant be any different from the aerobics classes from the eighties. Boy was I dead wrong. After only 3 classes I saw a change in my body and my energy level went through the roof. I felt muscles in spots I didnt know existed. I was worried that everyone in your classes were fit. This could be no farther from the truth. There were all shapes and sizes and you guys designed each exercise to fit my fitness level. After one session I lost 3 inches in my waist and 4 points on my bodyfat. I am hooked. You guys have the experience and the patience to get people fit quickly and safely. This is to anyone sitting on the fence. Dave and Lisa will guide you through this program and care about your progress it seems more that the money they receive.

Just a short note to thank both Dave and lisa for the most rewarding fitness experience I have ever had. I am now able to do things I thought were improbable 2 months ago. You showed me the correct way to get fit fast and safely and I thank you for that. I cant imagine how I will feel after 2 more months of Bootcamp. I can wait for the next session to start.

Hey guys, this is from a guy who thought that bootcamp was just for women. Boy was I wrong. You worked me to my limit safely and with expertise each and every class. Any guy who thinks that Adventure bootcamp is not for guys. Let Dave and Lisa put you through your paces. You will be glad you did. I am stronger and have more energy at 48 that I did at 30 thanks to Dave and Lisa. I am telling anyone who will listen. My quality of life has improve greatly and my energy levelis through the roof. I still need to work on my eating but Dave and Lisa are pointing me in the right direction. As onn as I am done writing this I amn going to your wesite to sign up again.
