What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (5 & 8lbs), men (10 & 12lbs) water bottle, running shoes, workout gloves, and workout mat for your boot camp adventure. You can purchase mats and weights at WAL*MART, Sports Authority or other sports equipment stores. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given details for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The program includes exercise boot camp techniques designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $178 or $220 for 3 day a week session of instruction. Our 2 day a week session is just $158 or $198 Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness boot camp instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $40 to $120 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness boot camp instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.

You can come 3 days a week or 2 days per week, the total cost is just $178 or $220 or $158 or $196. JOIN FOR 12 MONTHS AND THE SAVING AND THE YEAR END REWARD WILL MAKE YOU SMILE.
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration you will be notified to make an appointment.
What you can expect:
- One hour a day for 4 weeks.
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6am and 10am.
- Monday and Wednesday 6:45PM
