David Knapp is a (NESTA) Certified Fitness Adventure Boot Camp Instructor and a certified personal fitness trainer with (NCSF) The National Council on Strength and Fitness. He holds Certifications in Resistance Training, Program Design, Functional Fitness, Flexibility Training, Chek Institute Medicine ball Training, and is a Certified Boxing Instructor. Sports Performace Training and Power Training for Sports expert.
David also holds a B.A. in Communications from Rutgers University. He spent 3 yrs coaching Girls Basketball and 6 yrs coaching Girls soccer. David has a great aptitude for motivating people towards a healthier lifestyle and building their self esteem. David draws great satisfaction from helping people get healthy and showing them that they can be fit at any age.
David's specialty is working with Babyboomers and showing them that the correct exercise will not only help them get fit,but also improve their quality of life. Dr. John Spencer Ellis
Each week, over one million people enjoy a fitness program created by John Spencer Ellis. He is the CEO of NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association), and the Spencer Institute for Life Coaching. John is also the CEO of the Get America Fit Foundation, VP of Business Development for MyNutritionStore.com, and on the Advisory Boards of the National Health, Wellness and Prevention Congress, Exercise TV, Super Mommies, Select Comfort (Sleep Number Bed), Irvine Valley College, Life & Leisure Television and Health Journal Television. John holds bachelors degrees in business and health science, an MBA, and a doctorate in education. He also completed doctoral level studies in naturopathy. He has fifteen certifications including massage therapy, plyometrics, self-defense, fitness kick boxing, fitness boxing, water fitness, exercise rehabilitation, golf conditioning, Pilates, personal training, clinical hypnotherapy, sports hypnosis, PACE circuit training and yoga. He holds a 2nd degree black belt in kung-fu, has completed the Ironman triathlon, and finished 5th at the U.S. National Biathlon Championships. His medical training includes a license in radiological technology, a medical assisting certification, and training in McKenzie rehabilitation. John was nominated for the California Community College Distinguished Alumni Award.
